Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zebulón Fiedler kicked off to start the match. Roberto Verdugo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sotero Garrido having to interfere. In the 4th minute, Julian Wojtyna made a precise shot to the right of Sotero Garrido. Rubayo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 7th minute Julian Wojtyna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sotero Garrido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sotero Garrido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Verdugo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Rubayo's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Sánchez came free, but Sotero Garrido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fortiá FC's Ariel Castelao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yoan Vodev in the 13th minute of play. Baltazar Dean hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The supporters of Rubayo booed when Fortiá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltazar Dean didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Fortiá FC's zone, Elias Cruz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Castelao came out of the goal and Elias Cruz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Rubayo's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Verdugo came free, but Sotero Garrido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sotero Garrido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Wojtyna in the 30th minute of the match. Sotero Garrido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Verdugo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Rubayo's Benvido Lagunas got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Zebulón Fiedler kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Julian Wojtyna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortiá FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Wojtyna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fortiá FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in Fortiá FC's zone, Benvido Lagunas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Castelao came out of the goal and Benvido Lagunas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Wojtyna to make the kick off. Elias Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ariel Castelao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Genaro Sánchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 minutes, Elias Cruz made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Fortiá FC's Ariel Castelao tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Rubayo's Saturnin Cortes got a free kick in the 65th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Clodio Griego managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fortiá FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clodio Griego was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sotero Garrido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 67 played minutes Rubayo got a freekick which was hit by Rami Zurica. Zebulón Fiedler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yoan Vodev hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the game, Elias Cruz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ariel Castelao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benvido Lagunas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ariel Castelao came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Rubayo's Elias Cruz. But to his dismay, Elias Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 91 minutes into the game, Elias Cruz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Ariel Castelao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
