The audience was convinced that Gabino Vadillos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isaias Carrasco was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Bibiano Reyes took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaias Carrasco. Isaias Carrasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. It was a penalty for Gillena F.C! The supporters of Gillena F.C booed when BARCELONA SIMPLY THE BEST was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabino Vadillos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabino Vadillos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Isaias Carrasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaias Carrasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lluciano Nunez, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabino Vadillos made a kick off. After 58 minutes of play, BARCELONA SIMPLY THE BEST's Gabino Vadillos made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaias Carrasco was left in no man's land by his defense there! 62 minutes into the match, Bibiano Reyes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Isaias Carrasco, 0-4. Gabino Vadillos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isaias Carrasco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Isaias Carrasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabino Vadillos in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Romualdo Saboya was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gillena F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BARCELONA SIMPLY THE BEST the free kick. Romualdo Saboya hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Vidal Navas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isaias Carrasco. Gillena F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gillena F.C's Isaias Carrasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Gillena F.C from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Gillena F.C's Isaias Carrasco got control of the ball when Bibiano Reyes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bibiano Reyes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Isaias Carrasco made a huge save. When Cerilo Cabanela fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gillena F.C's protests and gave Cerilo Cabanela a yellow card for diving instead. Isaias Carrasco went to the wrong direction when Vidal Navas was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 98th minute, Vidal Navas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gillena F.C's Isaias Carrasco didn't even have to move. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. BARCELONA SIMPLY THE BEST walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
