Spectators: 5350 (Terracing: 4250, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Llorienzo Labarra started the match with the kick off. Benjamin Cabezas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Blai Turrilla. Grañon AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 7 minutes, Pitin Murcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alicante United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pitin Murcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fermín Sánchez hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute Xuan Lama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blai Turrilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 played minutes Grañon AFC got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Sabina. 19 minutes into the match, Grañon AFC's goalkeeper Blai Turrilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silverio Santos. In the 21st minute Romulo Sabina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cresconio Paris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Giro Yeste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blai Turrilla made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Silverio Santos sent off a good shot on target. Grañon AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Xuan Lama 30 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. After having played for 33 minutes, Silverio Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alicante United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blai Turrilla made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Giro Yeste sent off a good shot on target. Grañon AFC's Blai Turrilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pitin Murcia in the 37th minute of play. Xuan Lama recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Blai Turrilla made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Pitin Murcia sent off a good shot on target.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giro Yeste stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Blai Turrilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giro Yeste in the 53rd minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Llorienzo Labarra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cresconio Paris. Alicante United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Llorienzo Labarra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Cresconio Paris made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Romulo Sabina sent off a good shot on target. 73 minutes into the match, Silverio Santos notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Grañon AFC's Blai Turrilla. Blai Turrilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cresconio Paris made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Geleberto Montiel sent off a good shot on target. When the referee ended the match the Alicante United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
