Chimeneas UD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Haroldo Clemente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The audience was convinced that Haroldo Clemente's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dolfos Prats was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 24 minutes into the match, C.F. Haroldo Clemente struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Dolfos Prats didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.F. Balaguer. Delmar Crespo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kiko Urbieta was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 45 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Chimeneas UD's Kiko Urbieta got a free kick in the 46th minute. Dolfos Prats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Crespo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Chimeneas UD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.F. Balaguer were winning 0-3.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Haroldo Clemente managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.F. Balaguer's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Clemente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dolfos Prats breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute, Octavio Caballero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.F. Balaguer's Vicente Patrick couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 54th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chimeneas UD. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haroldo Clemente in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dolfos Prats saved Chimeneas UD from getting behind. Dolfos Prats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Clemente, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Octavio Caballero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Elvis Ricoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Vicente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dolfos Prats stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haroldo Clemente's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. If Delmar Crespo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When C.F. Balaguer's Delmar Crespo, in the 84th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for C.F. Balaguer. With his leg Dolfos Prats managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when C.F. Balaguer's Haroldo Clemente fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Haroldo Clemente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Elvis Ricoy fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chimeneas UD's protests and gave Elvis Ricoy a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chimeneas UD's Elvis Ricoy got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Vicente Patrick shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dolfos Prats showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. C.F. Balaguer played a much better game than Chimeneas UD and deserved their victory. The Chimeneas UD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
