Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Centro Juvenil AC's Isidro Rajoi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ezker Losada who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Xaime Madariaga when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Xaime Madariaga made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Ezker Losada sent off a good shot on target. Montmajor's Remigio Redondo got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Montmajor's César Teruel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Xaime Madariaga but with some difficulty. The audience was convinced that Gaitano Sánchez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xaime Madariaga was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 17th minute, Montmajor's Ezker Losada dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Montmajor's Ezker Losada got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Remigio Redondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Xaime Madariaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tino Campoamor fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montmajor's protests and gave Tino Campoamor a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes Montmajor got a freekick which was hit by Tino Campoamor. 45 minutes into the match, Isidro Rajoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tavio Alfaro. Montmajor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidro Rajoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Remigio Redondo made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Remigio Redondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xaime Madariaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidro Rajoi in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tavio Alfaro saved Montmajor from getting behind. Isidro Rajoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tavio Alfaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Rajoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ezker Losada struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Xaime Madariaga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montmajor. Tino Campoamor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 played minutes Centro Juvenil AC got a freekick which was hit by Adrián Ramos. Montmajor's César Teruel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Centro Juvenil AC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remigio Redondo in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xaime Madariaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aintza Jareño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tavio Alfaro having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Isidro Rajoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Centro Juvenil AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Rajoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ezker Losada came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Montmajor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezker Losada couldn't finish the play. Montmajor's Tino Campoamor got his second yellow card of the match in the 96th minute. The referee ordered Tino Campoamor off the ground. After 96 played minutes Montmajor got a freekick which was hit by Tino Campoamor. Centro Juvenil AC were awarded a corner in the 99th minute after Montmajor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Petronio Ramos took the corner. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
