After 30 minutes, Gení Barro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alaiza SAD and the Perles CD players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Alaiza SAD getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Gení Barro hit a great ball. The supporters of Perles CD booed when Alaiza SAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Barroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Alaiza SAD's Sebastián Navarro got a free kick in the 38th minute. Baudelio Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Alaiza SAD's Esquipula Zárate got control of the ball when Baudelio Torres tried to sneak it across the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reno Rivera made a kick off. Donato Barroso charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After having played for 66 minutes, Reno Rivera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alaiza SAD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reno Rivera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zabal Barral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yosua Izquierdo having to make a save. If Baudelio Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jakes Echeto struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Esquipula Zárate didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perles CD. When Everardo Marcilla fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perles CD's protests and gave Everardo Marcilla a yellow card for diving instead. Everardo Marcilla hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Zabal Barral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yosua Izquierdo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to Perles CD getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Bao Clos hit a great ball. If Baudelio Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yosua Izquierdo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reno Rivera in the 88th minute of the match. Baudelio Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jakes Echeto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Esquipula Zárate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 99 minutes into the match, Jakes Echeto notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Alaiza SAD's Esquipula Zárate. Esquipula Zárate was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alaiza SAD were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Perles CD's much stronger midfield.
