After a defensive mix-up in Crvena Zvezda's zone, Lonzo Dagora stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florencio Justo came out of the goal and Lonzo Dagora tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moldes FC's Cristofer Riells proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Moldes FC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torcuato Barroso in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florencio Justo saved Crvena Zvezda from getting behind. Lonzo Dagora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torcuato Barroso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Florencio Justo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lonzo Dagora in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Hanot Herrera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torcuato Barroso struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Florencio Justo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moldes FC. The supporters of Moldes FC booed when Crvena Zvezda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quinto Roca didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Crvena Zvezda getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Quinto Roca hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Moldes FC's Torcuato Barroso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florencio Justo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Hanot Herrera dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristofer Riells, 1-0. Lonzo Dagora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Torcuato Barroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florencio Justo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torcuato Barroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Torcuato Barroso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Florencio Justo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torcuato Barroso in the 55th minute of play forced Crvena Zvezda's goalkeeper Florencio Justo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Crvena Zvezda's Florencio Justo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Crvena Zvezda from getting a goal against them. Torcuato Barroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Justo having to interfere. Torcuato Barrosos short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Florencio Justo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Quinto Roca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Cristofer Riells tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Torcuato Barroso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Moldes FC's Torcuato Barroso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Florencio Justo. That made the score 1-1 after 85 minutes of play. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
