Spectators: 6669 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hitz Canyelles kicked off to start the match. Nahia Marines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Facundo Valcarcel having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaume Ponce De Leon in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Facundo Valcarcel saved Portonovo CF from getting behind. Urdin Alvarez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cordeal Canal in the 15th minute. Jaume Ponce De Leon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Facundo Valcarcel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, SLN AFC's goalkeeper Urdin Alvarez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cordeal Canal. When Hori Zabalo fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SLN AFC's protests and gave Hori Zabalo a yellow card for diving instead. Hori Zabalo hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute Hitz Canyelles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urdin Alvarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Cordeal Canal made a precise shot to the right of Urdin Alvarez. SLN AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 35 played minutes Portonovo CF got a freekick which was hit by Hitz Canyelles. 42 minutes into the match, Portonovo CF's goal looked a bit too open when Jaume Ponce De Leon came free, but Facundo Valcarcel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cordeal Canal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Urdin Alvarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaume Ponce De Leon to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Lino Lillo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urdin Alvarez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nahia Marines struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Facundo Valcarcel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SLN AFC. 56 minutes into the match, Jaume Ponce De Leon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Facundo Valcarcel, 2-1. 64 minutes into the game, Siro Benedicto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SLN AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Portonovo CF the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Nahia Marines managed to get in a good position for a shot. SLN AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nahia Marines was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Facundo Valcarcel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as SLN AFC's Jaume Ponce De Leon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Facundo Valcarcel. That made the score 2-2 after 69 minutes of play. Garikoitz Japón's late challenge caught a Portonovo CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Garikoitz Japón helped the player get up and apologised. In the 74th minute of the match Vladimiro Esteban sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urdin Alvarez skillfully saved the ball. Portonovo CF's Facundo Valcarcel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Portonovo CF from getting a goal against them. Jaume Ponce De Leon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Facundo Valcarcel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. SLN AFC's Urdin Alvarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordeal Canal in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Portonovo CF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mario Aceves fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lino Lillo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Portonovo CF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Nahia Marines scored to the left of an out of position Facundo Valcarcel, making the score, 2-3. SLN AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
