The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Derviş Ulusan put in a rough tackle. In the 16th minute, one of ALICANTE CF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ALICANTE CF. The referee gave XENEISES JUNIORS a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hugo Ribas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ALICANTE CF's 于超谦. 1-0. If Dalmu Fuster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dalmu Fuster came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the ALICANTE CF fans jumped to their feet. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in XENEISES JUNIORS reached it. In the 62nd minute Hussein Camarasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 于超谦 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Salvador Camara fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored XENEISES JUNIORS 's protests and gave Salvador Camara a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes XENEISES JUNIORS got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Camara. The score was 2-1 after a penalty in the 73rd minute, where ALICANTE CF:s Rodolfo Cabezas tricked XENEISES JUNIORS :s Ferdinand Molina with a difficult ball by the left post. After having played for 78 minutes, Candido Parra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. XENEISES JUNIORS 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Candido Parra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ferdinand Molina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dalmu Fuster in the 82nd minute. Dalmu Fuster recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Timo Gibert threw the ball into play from the sideline. ALICANTE CF's Orlo Contratas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Orlo Contratas scored 2-2 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ferdinand Molina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
