Dario Teresa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Argoitz Montaña scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dario Teresa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Real Madrid's goalkeeper Tabb Sainz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santiago Garay. After 21 minutes, Santiago Garay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toques and the Real Madrid players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Santiago Garay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tabb Sainz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Santalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santiago Garay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Tabb Sainz made a huge save. Kevin Sierra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tabb Sainz having to interfere. Dario Teresa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Argoitz Montaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Toques's Toni Nadal got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute, Kevin Sierra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tabb Sainz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Argoitz Montaña managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid's supporters rose to their feet, but Argoitz Montaña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Teresa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florian Ramis succeeded in the game's 61st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. The Real Madrid fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tabb Sainz should have stopped the shot. If Florian Ramis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Garay in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tabb Sainz saved Real Madrid from getting behind. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
