Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5001, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 10) Sporting Pinedo FC's Gaizka Morera started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. John Wallengren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 7 minutes, Xian Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LAS FIERAS DE SALAMANCA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xian Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. John Wallengren might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodrigo Verges. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John Wallengren ran back to his position shaking his head. Xerardo Morcego's late challenge caught a LAS FIERAS DE SALAMANCA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xerardo Morcego helped the player get up and apologised. Xerardo Morcego kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Xian Marquez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rodrigo Verges, 1-0. John Wallengren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Verges read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Xian Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Rodrigo Verges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Xian Marquez made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes LAS FIERAS DE SALAMANCA got a freekick which was hit by Tomualdo Cabezas. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Xian Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. LAS FIERAS DE SALAMANCA's supporters rose to their feet, but Xian Marquez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Verges breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the match, Sporting Pinedo FC's goal looked a bit too open when John Wallengren came free, but Rodrigo Verges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Verges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xian Marquez in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, John Wallengren made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Verges. Sporting Pinedo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After having played for 68 minutes, Xian Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xian Marquez in the 87th minute of play forced Sporting Pinedo FC's goalkeeper Rodrigo Verges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xian Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Verges having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Pinedo FC's zone, John Wallengren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Verges came out of the goal and John Wallengren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Hernando Ramis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LAS FIERAS DE SALAMANCA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When the referee ended the match the LAS FIERAS DE SALAMANCA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
