Spectators: 7406 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gorka Ibanez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gorka Ibanez did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Urtun Orbiz 6 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the match, Salamanca's goal looked a bit too open when Mino Morcego came free, but Urtun Orbiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Poli Hernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Txema Castellano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Salamanca's Urtun Orbiz got control of the ball when Gorka Ibanez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Domeka Jaraba's late challenge caught a PETITSUISSE.S's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domeka Jaraba helped the player get up and apologised. After 23 played minutes Salamanca got a freekick which was hit by Domeka Jaraba. When Gorka Ibanez came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the PETITSUISSE.S fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gorka Ibanez couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute Edilberto Valdés shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demario Nieto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PETITSUISSE.S's Mino Morcego got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Gorka Ibanez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Urtun Orbiz. Salamanca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gorka Ibanez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After having played for 34 minutes, Mino Morcego managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PETITSUISSE.S's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mino Morcego was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Mino Morcego got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gorka Ibanez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Urtun Orbiz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 45th minute, one of Salamanca:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Salamanca. Mon Valdés walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post.

Peyo Castelao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mino Morcego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urtun Orbiz having to interfere. Nabar Briso's late challenge caught a PETITSUISSE.S's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nabar Briso helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Nabar Briso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Salamanca's Rico Landa got a free kick in the 61st minute. Rico Landa charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rico Landa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rico Landa hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Mino Morcego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urtun Orbiz having to interfere. Urtun Orbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gorka Ibanez in the 68th minute of play. After some careless play in the Salamanca defense, Gorka Ibanez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urtun Orbiz. The Salamanca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urtun Orbiz should have stopped the shot. After 78 played minutes Salamanca got a freekick which was hit by Peyo Castelao. A collision led to Salamanca getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Edilberto Valdés hit a great ball. If Abarrotz Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Gorka Ibanez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urtun Orbiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the PETITSUISSE.S players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
