In the 23rd minute of the match Tato Valerón shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Witalis Sobczak showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Witalis Sobczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Labarra in the 27th minute of the match. Witalis Sobczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Labarra in the 29th minute of play. Kelemen Villanueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Canal in the 30th minute of the match. Iñigo Carrasco struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Kelemen Villanueva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esteaua es del grifo. Urtsin Quintas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Witalis Sobczak made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Ronaldo Marines sent off a good shot on target. Enrique Labarra received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Witalis Sobczak came out and tried to block the shot, but Enrique Labarra slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 62nd minute. Witalis Sobczak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronaldo Marines in the 67th minute. With a little luck, Esteaua es del grifo's Witalis Sobczak got control of the ball when Ronaldo Marines tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute Enrique Labarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witalis Sobczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witalis Sobczak made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Sagrario Palacios sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes into the game, Esteaua es del grifo's Iñigo Carrasco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kelemen Villanueva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Combinado Nacional Galego's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esteaua es del grifo the free kick. The supporters of Esteaua es del grifo booed when Combinado Nacional Galego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Guijarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kelemen Villanueva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Urtsin Quintas went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Witalis Sobczak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Michel Canal came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Esteaua es del grifo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Canal couldn't finish the play. Michel Canal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kelemen Villanueva having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Esteaua es del grifo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
