The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ronaldo Marines sped through Bossa9 FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Peri Canturri. Peri Canturri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Marines in the 17th minute of play. Toni Soldado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kelemen Villanueva having to interfere. With his leg Kelemen Villanueva managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Bossa9 FC's Carles Valcarcel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Peri Canturri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Labarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peri Canturri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Marines in the 26th minute of play. If Enrique Labarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes, Bossa9 FC's Primitivo Abad shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kelemen Villanueva came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bossa9 FC reached it. Kelemen Villanueva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carles Valcarcel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kelemen Villanueva was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Primitivo Abad. Bossa9 FC's Carles Valcarcel got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Enrique Labarra came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Combinado Nacional Galego fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Labarra couldn't finish the play. If Carles Valcarcel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Combinado Nacional Galego getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Firmo Vagrande hit a great ball. Kelemen Villanueva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carles Valcarcel in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carles Valcarcel was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Labarra in the 58th minute of play forced Bossa9 FC's goalkeeper Peri Canturri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Toni Soldado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kelemen Villanueva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carles Valcarcel struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Kelemen Villanueva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bossa9 FC. The supporters of Bossa9 FC booed when Combinado Nacional Galego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xesc Palomares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peri Canturri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Labarra in the 79th minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, Bossa9 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carles Valcarcel to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Labarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peri Canturri having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bossa9 FC had won after a very even match.
