Nicanor Frisco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan-Alfredo Japón went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Juan-Alfredo Japón fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peronistas's protests and gave Juan-Alfredo Japón a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Peronistas got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Teresa. After some careless play in the Peronistas defense, Cyryl Jarmulowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charro Baños. The Peronistas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charro Baños should have stopped the shot. Navarro Sampil kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Gartzea Barbosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Teresa in the 47th minute of play forced Lieres AFC's goalkeeper Nicanor Frisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mel Fresnos was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Lieres AFC were awarded a corner. Cyryl Jarmulowicz went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Lieres AFC's corner Cyryl Jarmulowicz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Charro Baños quite easily take care of the ball. In the 56thth minute of the game Cyryl Jarmulowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peronistas's Charro Baños was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mel Fresnos in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charro Baños prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Lieres AFC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Lieres AFC's Mel Fresnos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lieres AFC's Nicanor Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Alfredo Japón in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Cyryl Jarmulowicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lieres AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 74 minutes into the match, Peronistas's goal looked a bit too open when Cyryl Jarmulowicz came free, but Charro Baños reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicanor Frisco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mero Zubiaga in the 76th minute. Nicanor Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan-Alfredo Japón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Cyryl Jarmulowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lieres AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cyryl Jarmulowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charro Baños breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute of the match Herminio Huguet sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charro Baños skillfully saved the ball. Mero Zubiaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Nicanor Frisco made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Peronistas's goal looked a bit too open when Cyryl Jarmulowicz came free, but Charro Baños reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lieres AFC's Nicanor Frisco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Lieres AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 96th match minute, Peronistas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Teresa to maneuver through the defense. Lieres AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
