With a little luck, Sacedoncillo AFC's Baudelio Macías got control of the ball when Alvino Landa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnalt Vidal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baudelio Macías having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Sacedoncillo AFC's zone, Arnalt Vidal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baudelio Macías came out of the goal and Arnalt Vidal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Arnalt Vidal sped through Sacedoncillo AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baudelio Macías. In the 95th minute Arnalt Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baudelio Macías saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Profesores de Canarias walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
