An unexpectedly hard shot by Pancho Lara in the 4th minute of play forced El Querforadat's goalkeeper Macias Comas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantino Sarrate struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Vincente Torrent didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Querforadat. Samuel Torrent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Macias Comas having to interfere. Samuel Torrent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Macias Comas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pancho Lara might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Macias Comas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pancho Lara ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute, Samuel Torrent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vincente Torrent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ion Canal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Torrent blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Macias Comas having to make a save. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Querforadat's goalkeeper Macias Comas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Samuel Torrent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pancho Lara missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 41 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Macias Comas right hand side. Pancho Lara fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 48th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Samuel Torrent was the one to do the kick off. If Constantino Sarrate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Langreo CF's zone, Ion Canal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vincente Torrent came out of the goal and Ion Canal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Pancho Lara came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Langreo CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pancho Lara couldn't finish the play. After having played for 73 minutes, Pancho Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Langreo CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pancho Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pancho Lara struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Macias Comas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Langreo CF. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Querforadat's goalkeeper Macias Comas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Pancho Lara notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of El Querforadat's Macias Comas. Macias Comas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ion Canal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Langreo CF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
