Spectators: 7290 (Terracing: 5470, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Quirce Abril started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the match, RCDE Ullets's goalkeeper Arturo Hidalgo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Romero. With a little luck, RCDE Ullets's Arturo Hidalgo got control of the ball when Fidel Romero tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute, Quirce Abril got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dalmau Sánchez took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Timo Soler. Timo Soler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Santander's Timo Soler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmau Sánchez in the 24th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, RCDE Ullets's goal looked a bit too open when Pirro Dagora came free, but Arturo Hidalgo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 played minutes Santander got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Romero. Quirce Abril fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timo Soler having to interfere. Timo Soler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmau Sánchez in the 35th minute of the match. Baudelio Lillo kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Timo Soler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benja De la Torre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santander's Timo Soler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmau Sánchez in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute Dalmau Sánchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timo Soler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quirce Abril hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The Santander players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. RCDE Ullets were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pirro Dagora was the one to do the kick off. Quirce Abril's late challenge caught a Santander's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quirce Abril helped the player get up and apologised. After 51 played minutes RCDE Ullets got a freekick which was hit by Quirce Abril. When Fidel Romero came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Santander fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Romero couldn't finish the play. Fidel Romero struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Arturo Hidalgo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santander. Benja De la Torre kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Dalmau Sánchez's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Timo Soler firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dalmai Galnares hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. If Quirce Abril had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80th minute, Fidel Romero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute, Santander's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dalmau Sánchez fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 86 played minutes RCDE Ullets got a freekick which was hit by Orlondo Naranjo. If Dalmau Sánchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RCDE Ullets walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
