After a defensive mix-up in Nikos F.C.'s zone, Lolo Cuervas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xelo Silva came out of the goal and Lolo Cuervas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Castillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xelo Silva having to interfere. Bionic Hospitalet's Nahia Alvarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Ledo in the 23rd minute of play. Fermín Vega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xelo Silva made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Benjamin Castillo sent off a good shot on target. Benjamin Castillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Xelo Silva skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Xelo Silva was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Vladimiro Aguilo. In the 46th minute Silvio Ledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nahia Alvarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Javier Mala charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fermín Vega made a kick off. Bionic Hospitalet's Nahia Alvarez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Bionic Hospitalet from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lolo Cuervas in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xelo Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th minute Atauri Casillas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xelo Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xelo Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lolo Cuervas, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Benjamin Castillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xelo Silva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin Castillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Chants of Nikos F.C. echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Bionic Hospitalet had held the ball for most of the match.
