Hassan Coya struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Idacio Castellano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Johnpe Team. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordera Redondo in the 34th minute of play forced Johnpe Team's goalkeeper Karmel Hevia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Urrutia's Jose-Juan Toledo in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Karmel Hevia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose-Juan Toledo in the 45th minute of the match. If Emilio España had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jose-Juan Toledo to make the kick off. If Emilio España had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Johnpe Team fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Johnpe Team's Emilio España looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cordera Redondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karmel Hevia having to interfere. Johnpe Team's Karmel Hevia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose-Juan Toledo in the 68th minute of play. Idacio Castellano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hassan Coya in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Idacio Castellano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Johnpe Team's Emilio España in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Urrutia's goalie prevented a goal. Octavio Avila charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octavio Avila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emilio España might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Idacio Castellano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio España ran back to his position shaking his head. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Johnpe Team had played much better football throughout.
