Hanot Alcalde was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 9th minute. CA Bennetuder's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 18 minutes into the match, CA Bennetuder's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Cuadrado came free, but Musko Molina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fran Silva during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th minute of the match Celio Goyanes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Musko Molina showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vladimir Castellano came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dario Zamora could save by the left post. Zuberoa Buenafuente charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zuberoa Buenafuente the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to UD Las Palmas getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Zuberoa Buenafuente hit a great ball. Musko Molina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iratze Arribas went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Musko Molina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iratze Arribas in the 40th minute of play. Zuberoa Buenafuente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the match, Amadeo Diaz notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of CA Bennetuder's Musko Molina. Musko Molina was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paulino Cuadrado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The CA Bennetuder players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. UD Las Palmas were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hanot Alcalde made a kick off. Paulino Cuadrado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Musko Molina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Zuberoa Buenafuente managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Las Palmas's supporters rose to their feet, but Zuberoa Buenafuente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Musko Molina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Iratze Arribas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugen Lungu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Musko Molina came out and tried to block the shot, but Eugen Lungu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 58th minute. After having played for 63 minutes, Paulino Cuadrado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Las Palmas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulino Cuadrado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Musko Molina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zuberoa Buenafuente in the 64th minute of play. Paulino Cuadrado struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Musko Molina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Las Palmas. If Zuberoa Buenafuente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Amadeo Diaz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Musko Molina. Amadeo Diaz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Amadeo Diaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Eugen Lungu managed to get in a good position for a shot.
