Lalla Clos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romualdo Benítez, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Napoleon Kaszubik took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lalla Clos. Lalla Clos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 17th minute of the match, Argider Albizua tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Blasco Merino saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lalla Clos came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Gordoa FC's Romualdo Benítez. But to his dismay, Romualdo Benítez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Gordoa FC's Romualdo Benítez got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Alexander Kolseth notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Caldelao f.c.'s Lalla Clos. Lalla Clos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30th minute of the match, Yosua Saez got a very nice opportunity to score, but Blasco Merino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 32 minutes into the match, Gordoa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Argider Albizua came free, but Blasco Merino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Napoleon Kaszubik fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gordoa FC's protests and gave Napoleon Kaszubik a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gordoa FC's Napoleon Kaszubik got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Napoleon Kaszubik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gordoa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Napoleon Kaszubik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lalla Clos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pancracio Zárate kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Alexander Kolseth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gordoa FC's Blasco Merino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argider Albizua in the 43rd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Argider Albizua was the one to do the kick off. Napoleon Kaszubik kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute of the match Mitxel Toxeiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Blasco Merino skillfully saved the ball. Lalla Clos made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Alexander Kolseth sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romualdo Benítez in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lalla Clos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yosua Saez might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Blasco Merino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yosua Saez ran back to his position shaking his head. 70 minutes into the match, Caldelao f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Romualdo Benítez came free, but Lalla Clos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Angelo Nafría fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gordoa FC's protests and gave Angelo Nafría a yellow card for diving instead. Angelo Nafría hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Blasco Merino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uxio Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 86 minutes, Napoleon Kaszubik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gordoa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Napoleon Kaszubik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Napoleon Kaszubik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blasco Merino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uxio Moreira in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argider Albizua in the 91st minute of play forced Gordoa FC's goalkeeper Blasco Merino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Kolseth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lalla Clos having to make a save. Gordoa FC's Blasco Merino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Marrero in the 96th minute of play. When the match was over Gordoa FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Caldelao f.c. throughout the match.
