Iwo Konieczny scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joachim Mendez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute Iwo Konieczny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Mendez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristofer Rodriguez hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Cirilo Guasch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrés-Fernando Gómez in the 44th minute. Andrés-Fernando Gómez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Cirilo Guasch made a huge save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alberto Rivas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Iwo Konieczny kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joachim Mendez. That made the score 1-4 in the 84 minute of play. CHAPELA MCF played a much better game than ponferradina and deserved their victory. The ponferradina players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
