After a defensive mix-up in Itziar SAD's zone, Martín Quintana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidro Laredo came out of the goal and Martín Quintana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Osvaldo Ziguenza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cresconio Clemente in the 73rd minute of play. Osvaldo Ziguenza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mel Negro went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After 79 minutes of play, Itziar SAD's Gandolfo Rivera made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvaldo Ziguenza was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the match, UE.Llagostera's goal looked a bit too open when Gandolfo Rivera came free, but Osvaldo Ziguenza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 91 minutes, Cresconio Clemente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itziar SAD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cresconio Clemente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isidro Laredo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nicanor Ribeiro. There was no doubt that Itziar SAD were the better team. Itziar SAD's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
