Spectators: 7249 (Terracing: 5464, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 110) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Maximino Cardeñosa took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute Maximino Cardeñosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neto Villa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 minutes, Xamo Zurica mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Covaron and the Mesere players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mesere booed when Covaron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xamo Zurica didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Walme Morera got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Pau Colillas was a little too slow when Walme Morera got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 16th minute, Curro Elguero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, Ruperto Blanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 minutes Covaron's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Charro Torrent who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Mesere's corner Charro Torrent fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pau Colillas quite easily take care of the ball. Walme Morera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pau Colillas having to interfere. If Ruperto Blanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neto Villa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Cardeñosa in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute Maximino Cardeñosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neto Villa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Maximino Cardeñosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

A collision led to Covaron getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Pere Ziguenza hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Covaron's zone, Charro Torrent stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pau Colillas came out of the goal and Charro Torrent tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Maximino Cardeñosa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ruperto Blanco kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 69 minutes of play, Mesere's Alexander Vila made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pau Colillas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd match minute, Covaron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Curro Elguero to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Covaron defense, Walme Morera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pau Colillas. The Covaron fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pau Colillas should have stopped the shot. Walme Morera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Pau Colillas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alexander Vila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walme Morera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pau Colillas having to interfere. Covaron's Enrico Marques managed to work through Mesere's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Enrico Marques dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Neto Villa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Cardeñosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Walme Morera notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Covaron's Pau Colillas. Pau Colillas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mesere were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Covaron for a fine match.
