A collision led to La Saira AD getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Hitz Montes hit a great ball. Galeno Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tome Campos having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pirelli's zone, Unax Pedraza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Plauto Navarro came out of the goal and Unax Pedraza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the match, Pirelli's goal looked a bit too open when Nacho Sobrado came free, but Plauto Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes Pirelli got a freekick which was hit by Llope Portillo. In the 38th minute Nacho Sobrado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Plauto Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ireno Navarro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Tome Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La Saira AD's Tome Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Galeno Varela in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Darien Amer hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The long shot by Baltasar Lorenzo in the 52nd minute really tested Tome Campos's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 55th minute Galeno Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tome Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, La Saira AD's goal looked a bit too open when Galeno Varela came free, but Tome Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albert Vazquez's late challenge caught a La Saira AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albert Vazquez helped the player get up and apologised. Albert Vazquez kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Galeno Varela dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tome Campos, 1-1. Plauto Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nacho Sobrado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Plauto Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Unax Pedraza, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 75 played minutes, Pirelli's Baltasar Lorenzo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tome Campos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pirelli reached it. In the 79th match minute, La Saira AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Ballesteros to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Pirelli's Ireno Navarro fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 84th minute, Ireno Navarro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, La Saira AD's goalkeeper Tome Campos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ireno Navarro. After having played for 92 minutes, Galeno Varela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pirelli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Galeno Varela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
