The coaching staff of La Saira AD protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arbas Acarreta had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When the match had been going on for 5 minutes, Ochanduri's Asdrubal Losantos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Tome Campos. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldo Contratas got free with Tome Campos in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La Saira AD's Tome Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Migúel Bernal in the 9th minute of play. Darien Amer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dionisio Morado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Tome Campos made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ronaldo Contratas sent off a good shot on target. Ronaldo Contratas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tome Campos having to interfere. Migúel Bernal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Migúel Bernal made a kick off. After 53 played minutes La Saira AD got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Ballesteros. La Saira AD's Nacho Sobrado shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 64th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dionisio Morado but with some difficulty. Ronaldo Contratas scored 2-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tome Campos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Migúel Bernal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tome Campos was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After some careless play in the La Saira AD defense, Ronaldo Contratas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tome Campos. The La Saira AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tome Campos should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Ronaldo Contratas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tome Campos was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Tome Campos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Migúel Bernal, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Tome Campos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Migúel Bernal's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ochanduri had played much better football throughout.
