Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fabian Ilica kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Aniceto Fernandez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elias Molina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Ilica in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Aniceto Fernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Elias Molina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabian Ilica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 15th minute, Aniceto Fernandez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hercules C.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The supporters of Los Baladejos booed when Hercules C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldemar Baeza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 minutes, Pepito Valdés mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Baladejos and the Hercules C.F. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elias Molina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aniceto Fernandez in the 25th minute of play. Aniceto Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Molina having to interfere. Elias Molina came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Hercules C.F.'s Aniceto Fernandez. But to his dismay, Aniceto Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Eli Soldado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zuberoa Dagora having to interfere. If Aniceto Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Hercules C.F.'s Fabian Ilica got a free kick in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bela Radaban stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hercules C.F.'s Zuberoa Dagora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bela Radaban in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, Aniceto Fernandez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elias Molina, 0-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Hercules C.F.'s Fabian Ilica slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elias Molina. That made the score 0-6 after 58 minutes of play. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Baladejos's goalkeeper Elias Molina, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Los Baladejos defense, Fabian Ilica kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elias Molina. The Los Baladejos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elias Molina should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Hercules C.F. getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Fabian Ilica hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Benito Caballero notched a goal, 2-7, to the right of Hercules C.F.'s Zuberoa Dagora. Zuberoa Dagora was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 96th minute Bela Radaban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zuberoa Dagora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hercules C.F.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
