Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mon Acosta got the match started through his kick off. Piñor's Rubio Barba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anatoliy Voronov in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute Anatoliy Voronov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubio Barba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anatoliy Voronov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Piñor's Rubio Barba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anatoliy Voronov in the 16th minute of play. Rubio Barba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hieronim Gongolewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 23 played minutes Rostov FC got a freekick which was hit by Lazaro Morientes. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anatoliy Voronov in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rubio Barba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the game, Anatoliy Voronov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rubio Barba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 38 minutes, Anatoliy Voronov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rostov FC and the Piñor players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Anatoliy Voronov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 41 minutes, Alirio Campos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piñor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alirio Campos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute Anatoliy Voronov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubio Barba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anatoliy Voronov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Piñor's zone, Hieronim Gongolewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rubio Barba came out of the goal and Hieronim Gongolewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rubio Barba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anatoliy Voronov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hieronim Gongolewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Rubio Barba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Piñor's goal looked a bit too open when Anatoliy Voronov came free, but Rubio Barba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alirio Campos during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Piñor getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Alirio Campos hit a great ball. When Rostov FC's Anatoliy Voronov in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Piñor's goalie prevented a goal. Rubio Barba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anatoliy Voronov, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Humberto Ponce De Leon kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 74th minute Anatoliy Voronov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubio Barba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 played minutes Piñor got a freekick which was hit by Mon Acosta. Mon Acosta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
