Roque Escobar ran back to his position shaking his head. Roldán Mora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Donatello Galego made a huge save. If Roque Escobar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the game, Roldán Mora was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wanchos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anieves the free kick. In the 44th match minute, Wanchos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roldán Mora to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roque Escobar made a kick off. When Wanchos FC's Roque Escobar in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Anieves's goalie prevented a goal. Roldán Mora blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Donatello Galego having to make a save. Wanchos FC's Medardo Gala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Wanchos FC from getting a goal against them. In the 81st match minute, Wanchos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Feria to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Wanchos FC's goalkeeper Medardo Gala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlomagno Mezquita. In the 85thth minute of the game Roque Escobar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anieves's Donatello Galego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wanchos FC's Roldán Mora got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roldán Mora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donatello Galego having to interfere. Wanchos FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
