Thanks to some nice moves Gaspar Coira could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Aurre Rojas however easily saved by the left post. 12 minutes into the match, lepanto c.f's goal looked a bit too open when Dolfo Erosa came free, but Aurre Rojas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Caitano Escobar fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored lepanto c.f's protests and gave Caitano Escobar a yellow card for diving instead. Caitano Escobar kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the match Vermudo Dominguez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aurre Rojas skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, lepanto c.f's Mel Aballe got a free kick in the 17th minute. When Villanueva De Cauche FC's Dolfo Erosa in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Alba Benítez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dolfo Erosa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aurre Rojas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolfo Erosa in the 52nd minute of the match. When lepanto c.f's Baltazar Abajas in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dolfo Erosa in the 75th minute of play forced lepanto c.f's goalkeeper Aurre Rojas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Villanueva De Cauche FC's Oscar Romero got control of the ball when Alba Benítez tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 79 minutes Villanueva De Cauche FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cefero Calderon who took care of the corner kick. If Alba Benítez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aurre Rojas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dolfo Erosa went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Dolfo Erosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Aurre Rojas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89th play minutes Dolfo Erosa shot 3-3, a short shot which went by Aurre Rojas and just under the crossbar into goal. The lepanto c.f players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Villanueva De Cauche FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
