Without hesitation aimed to the right of David Montes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 8 minutes into the match, Rutenio Pabon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Montes. Lucena c.f's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rutenio Pabon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Tabor Barrientos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Nayely Incera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergio Urbina charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergio Urbina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sergio Urbina hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Rutenio Pabon managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. La Matanza's supporters rose to their feet, but Rutenio Pabon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Montes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute, Eli Urruti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tabor Barrientos came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Lucena c.f fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tabor Barrientos couldn't finish the play. If Alonso Zafrilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Rutenio Pabon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of David Montes, 2-0. Nayely Incera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonso Zafrilla in the 34th minute of play. David Montes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Molina in the 36th minute of play. David Montes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Molina, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 3-0 became the score in the 43rd minute when Rutenio Pabon elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Samuel Molina in the 47th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or David Montes kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 4-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Molina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. David Montes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Molina in the 54th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rutenio Pabon in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Montes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, C.A. La Matanza's Pacho Gil got a free kick in the 64th minute. David Montes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rutenio Pabon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Lucena c.f's goal looked a bit too open when Rutenio Pabon came free, but David Montes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergio Urbina took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Montes. David Montes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Lucena c.f's David Montes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rutenio Pabon in the 90th minute of play. David Montes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rutenio Pabon in the 95th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. C.A. La Matanza had played much better football throughout.
