Spectators: 7167 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leonardo Valerón started the match with the kick off. The Valverde De La Vera fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Valverde De La Vera's Cordera Vila looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 7 minutes, Angel Bergada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valverde De La Vera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Bergada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Angel Bergada put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Oscar Sevilla. After a rather tough play, Penarrubia's Hernando Baeza got a free kick in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Angel Bergada notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Penarrubia's Oscar Sevilla. Oscar Sevilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oscar Sevilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lonzo Fuster went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 25th minute Lonzo Fuster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Sevilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Valverde De La Vera fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Valverde De La Vera's Angel Bergada looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After some careless play in the Penarrubia defense, Angel Bergada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oscar Sevilla. The Penarrubia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oscar Sevilla should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Bergada in the 32nd minute of play forced Penarrubia's goalkeeper Oscar Sevilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Bergada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Sevilla having to interfere. Lonzo Fuster blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oscar Sevilla having to make a save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angel Bergada to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Penarrubia's zone, Lonzo Fuster stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Sevilla came out of the goal and Lonzo Fuster tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valverde De La Vera's Lonzo Fuster got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lonzo Fuster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Oscar Sevilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lonzo Fuster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Sevilla having to interfere. Lonzo Fuster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Oscar Sevilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Angel Bergada kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Oscar Sevilla. That made the score 0-8 in the 77 minute of play. A collision led to Penarrubia getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Flor Crespo hit a great ball. Leonardo Valerón's late challenge caught a Valverde De La Vera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Valerón helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, Penarrubia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Valerón to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Penarrubia's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Bergada came free, but Oscar Sevilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oscar Sevilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Bergada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Angel Bergada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Aizpurua in the 93rd minute of play forced Penarrubia's goalkeeper Oscar Sevilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Bergada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Oscar Sevilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 100 minutes, Lonzo Fuster made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Penarrubia's Oscar Sevilla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Valverde De La Vera's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
