To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Apolinar Marines hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Felix's Benet Canturri couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Old San Diego F.C.. After a rather tough play, Felix's Chepe Viqueira got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Eli Alcantara made the kick off in the second half. Haritz Calvo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Felix getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Mon Campomanes hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the game, Haritz Calvo lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Ismael Pujol. Eli Alcantara might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Pujol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eli Alcantara ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Felix getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Mon Campomanes hit a great ball. In the 70th minute of the match, Eli Alcantara tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ismael Pujol saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Felix's Dabi Lorenzo in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
