Eguzki Canal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Honorato Contratas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Rubén Bellido managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torroella De Montgrí's supporters rose to their feet, but Rubén Bellido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eguzki Canal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Honorato Contratas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lekumberri Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Fresco Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arbo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fresco Navarro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastián Nueva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolao Griego's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Fresco Navarro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastián Nueva having to make a save. Torroella De Montgrí's Sebastián Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolao Griego in the 27th minute of play. Nicolao Griego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Sebastián Nueva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastián Nueva came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Arbo's Fresco Navarro. But to his dismay, Fresco Navarro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After some careless play in the Torroella De Montgrí defense, Fresco Navarro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastián Nueva. The Torroella De Montgrí fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastián Nueva should have stopped the shot. If Iván Lermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Lekumberri Castro hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. After 53 minutes Torroella De Montgrí's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Clemente Urquijo who took care of the corner kick. Arbo's Clemente Urquijo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sebastián Nueva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rubén Bellido in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eguzki Canal saved Arbo from getting behind. Nicolao Griego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Sebastián Nueva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Rubén Bellido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torroella De Montgrí's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rubén Bellido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honorato Contratas took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eguzki Canal. Eguzki Canal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Nicolao Griego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastián Nueva having to interfere. If Honorato Contratas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
