Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joselito Bergada started the match with the kick off. Malvin Yeste charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Malvin Yeste the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gilberto Puyol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joselito Bergada in the 5th minute of play. Gau Barrientos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martín Palomares, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Gilberto Puyol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan-Carlos Mangas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sarai FC! In the 35th minute, Erlantz Rajoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gau Barrientos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Martín Palomares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 36 minute of play. In the 41st minute, Fero Mata ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gau Barrientos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 45 minutes into the match, Andrea Cazorla notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Teixugueiras's Gau Barrientos. Gau Barrientos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fero Mata was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Juan-Carlos Mangas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Puyol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Teixugueiras booed when Sarai FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrea Cazorla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joselito Bergada struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Gilberto Puyol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teixugueiras. 55 minutes into the game, Juan-Carlos Mangas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilberto Puyol. Juan-Carlos Mangas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Sarai FC's zone, Florencio De la Torre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilberto Puyol came out of the goal and Florencio De la Torre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Juan-Carlos Mangas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Puyol was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. 66 minutes into the match, Joselito Bergada dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gilberto Puyol, 3-4. Joselito Bergada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Gilberto Puyol made a huge save. Gau Barrientos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrea Cazorla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, Teixugueiras's Caton Santander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gilberto Puyol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. Gilberto Puyol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joselito Bergada went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-6 was the resulting score. Sarai FC's Laureano Iglesias was substituted for Cordarell Villanueva. Sarai FC's Gilberto Puyol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Sarai FC from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute, Joselito Bergada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Puyol was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-7. Florencio De la Torre's late challenge caught a Sarai FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florencio De la Torre helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Teixugueiras getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Florencio De la Torre hit a great ball. Fero Mata scored 4-7 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gau Barrientos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan-Carlos Mangas in the 94th minute of play forced Sarai FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Puyol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Everardo Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gau Barrientos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fero Mata in the 97th minute of play. The Sarai FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Teixugueiras's performance. The match ended with a win for Teixugueiras.
