Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jordi Alonso started the match with the kick off. Tuste Ibanez had several of the EVOLUTION CLUB's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 7 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Mergildo Silvestre as he didn't even see the shot coming. Sant Maure's Oriche Verdaguer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jordi Alonso in the 12th minute of play. Oriche Verdaguer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tauro Campos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 minutes of play, EVOLUTION CLUB's Tauro Campos made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oriche Verdaguer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mergildo Silvestre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuste Ibanez in the 24th minute of play. If Gergori Correa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuste Ibanez in the 27th minute of play forced EVOLUTION CLUB's goalkeeper Mergildo Silvestre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gergori Correa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 30th playminute. If Gergori Correa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mergildo Silvestre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuste Ibanez in the 36th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in EVOLUTION CLUB's zone, Tuste Ibanez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mergildo Silvestre came out of the goal and Tuste Ibanez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute Tuste Ibanez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mergildo Silvestre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gergori Correa came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Sant Maure fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gergori Correa couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

After some careless play in the EVOLUTION CLUB defense, Tuste Ibanez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mergildo Silvestre. The EVOLUTION CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mergildo Silvestre should have stopped the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Ismael Escobar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mergildo Silvestre. EVOLUTION CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Escobar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Gergori Correa struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Mergildo Silvestre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sant Maure. If Tuste Ibanez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 81st minute, Tuste Ibanez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Frechoso Gomar fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sant Maure's protests and gave Frechoso Gomar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sant Maure's Frechoso Gomar got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Jordi Alonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. EVOLUTION CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Jordi Alonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oriche Verdaguer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ismael Escobar charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Escobar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th match minute, Sant Maure was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Escobar to maneuver through the defense. Oriche Verdaguer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jordi Alonso's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 89thth minute of the game Gergori Correa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EVOLUTION CLUB's Mergildo Silvestre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 91 minutes into the match, EVOLUTION CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Tuste Ibanez came free, but Mergildo Silvestre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gergori Correa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute Tuste Ibanez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mergildo Silvestre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sant Maure walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
