Andres Jofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Mayol, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Amador Mayol notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Burlada's Andres Jofre. Andres Jofre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Burlada's Berdaitz Castelao was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 13th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 15th minute Amador Mayol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Jofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Amador Mayol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Normando Canal charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Normando Canal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Normando Canal hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Jimeno Goyanes hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34thth minute of the game Gaizkine Baños who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Burlada's Andres Jofre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Unión Adarve's Cordeiro Vazquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Unión Adarve from getting a goal against them. After 43 played minutes Mergildo Japón rounded Unión Adarve's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. When Amador Mayol came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Unión Adarve fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amador Mayol couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mergildo Japón stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Santiago Barroso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andres Jofre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Mayol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaizkine Baños could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Andres Jofre made a huge save. Berdaitz Castelao might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cordeiro Vazquez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Berdaitz Castelao ran back to his position shaking his head. Berdaitz Castelao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordeiro Vazquez having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Mergildo Japón managed to get in a good position for a shot. Burlada's supporters rose to their feet, but Mergildo Japón was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cordeiro Vazquez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amador Mayol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Unión Adarve booed when Burlada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Goyanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Mayol in the 70th minute of play forced Burlada's goalkeeper Andres Jofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rdth minute of the game Amador Mayol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Burlada's Andres Jofre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jimeno Goyanes hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Amador Mayol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Andres Jofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaizkine Baños fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Jofre having to interfere. In the 88th minute Amador Mayol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Jofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unión Adarve's Santiago Barroso suffered a fractured collar bone after 88 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 88 minutes of play Burlada's Normando Canal was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Burlada's Normando Canal got a free kick in the 90th minute. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Gaizkine Baños got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Unión Adarve's Emilio Rey slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andres Jofre. That made the score 2-3 after 94 minutes of play. The Unión Adarve players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
