Spectators: 7392 (Terracing: 5546, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 147) Curro Reyes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Telmo Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 7th minute of the match Cristobal Cambero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gergori Menendez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Curro Reyes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gergori Menendez. That made the score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. Curro Reyes made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 17thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Gergori Menendez would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 19th minute, Curro Reyes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Tito Velasco fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sangonera Cantonal's protests and gave Tito Velasco a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Sangonera Cantonal got a freekick which was hit by Lucila Castaño. Gergori Menendez was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cristobal Cambero. In the 29th minute, Maximiliano-Exequiel Le Bastard reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gergori Menendez. The goal made the score 3-0. A hard shot 34 in the game by Curro Reyes from a close distance when the talented Gergori Menendez managed to make a qualified save. Sangonera Cantonal's players were relieved. Gergori Menendez didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 37th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Maximiliano-Exequiel Le Bastard was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 44th minute. SV Werder Bremen's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Telmo Guerrero made the kick off in the second half. SV Werder Bremen's Curro Reyes got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano-Exequiel Le Bastard in the 60th minute of play forced Sangonera Cantonal's goalkeeper Gergori Menendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sangonera Cantonal's Gergori Menendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano-Exequiel Le Bastard in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute of the match SV Werder Bremen got a corner. Sangonera Cantonal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Romano Garate ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Maximiliano-Exequiel Le Bastard heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 63rd minute, Maximiliano-Exequiel Le Bastard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anartz Zurica charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anartz Zurica the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SV Werder Bremen booed when Sangonera Cantonal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anartz Zurica didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Curro Reyes in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gergori Menendez saved Sangonera Cantonal from getting behind. Cristobal Cambero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gergori Menendez. Sangonera Cantonal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Maximiliano-Exequiel Le Bastard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gergori Menendez was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 80thth minute of the game Curro Reyes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sangonera Cantonal's Gergori Menendez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gergori Menendez came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by SV Werder Bremen's Oscar Aballe. But to his dismay, Oscar Aballe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Sangonera Cantonal's Gergori Menendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano-Exequiel Le Bastard in the 96th minute of play.
