Spectators: 7300 (Terracing: 5477, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) Jean Gautron started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Los Cojos CF booed when Deportivo F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Comas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jean Gautron in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Troyes Feal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Troyes Feal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean Gautron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delfino Bellido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asdrubal Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nel Mangas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Troyes Feal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Gautron in the 42nd minute of play. Jean Gautron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Troyes Feal having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Los Cojos CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Estebano Doblas to maneuver through the defense. Jean Gautron scored 0-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Troyes Feal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Simon Emeterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Troyes Feal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jean Gautron struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Troyes Feal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo F.C. Cristóvão Resende recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 61 played minutes Deportivo F.C got a freekick which was hit by Nel Mangas. Cristóvão Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfino Bellido having to interfere. Troyes Feal made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Dario Paris sent off a good shot on target. If Jean Gautron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70th minute, Deportivo F.C's Eduardo Comas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Troyes Feal. Troyes Feal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Dario Paris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Troyes Feal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Los Cojos CF's goalkeeper Troyes Feal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eduardo Comas. In the 82nd minute, Cristóvão Resende ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delfino Bellido was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Los Cojos CF's Cristóvão Resende got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo F.C's zone, Cristóvão Resende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delfino Bellido came out of the goal and Cristóvão Resende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Los Cojos CF getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Nestor Vives hit a great ball. The Deportivo F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Deportivo F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
