In the 9th match minute, C.D Torrevieja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fructuoso Mora to maneuver through the defense. Mel Vuelta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Belalcaraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Pastor Ballesteros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jon Checa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Bordelle's Emilio Revuelta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mel Vuelta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 33 minutes into the game, Tadeo Belalcaraz lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Mel Vuelta. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 39th minute, but Mel Vuelta got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving C.D Torrevieja hanging dry this time. Jon Checa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Ballesteros in the 48th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tadeo Belalcaraz was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Emilio Revuelta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Mel Vuelta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pastor Ballesteros in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jon Checa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 65 played minutes Bordelle got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Belalcaraz. Jon Checa made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Pastor Ballesteros sent off a good shot on target. Mel Vuelta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Revuelta in the 79th minute of play. When Emilio Revuelta got free in front of the goal in the 91st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. In the 93rd minute Tadeo Belalcaraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mel Vuelta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Revuelta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mel Vuelta having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in C.D Torrevieja's zone, Tadeo Belalcaraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mel Vuelta came out of the goal and Tadeo Belalcaraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bordelle were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of C.D Torrevieja for a fine match.
