An unexpectedly hard shot by Reimundo Acosta in the 3rd minute of play forced Guadalajara's goalkeeper Favila Valerón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iamín Ladra charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iamín Ladra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes Guadalajara got a freekick which was hit by Iamín Ladra. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ioseba Quintana got free with Xandro Arias in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Favila Valerón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Lagunas in the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Guadalajara's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Vuelta came free, but Favila Valerón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Unzueta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Xandro Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xandro Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Unzueta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guadalajara's Favila Valerón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candelario Erosa in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Reimundo Acosta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rekonkomja NK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guadalajara the free kick. Reimundo Acosta hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. When Reimundo Acosta was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 25 minutes had been played. In the 26th match minute, Rekonkomja NK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reimundo Acosta to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Guadalajara defense, Candelario Erosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Favila Valerón. The Guadalajara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Favila Valerón should have stopped the shot. 35 minutes into the game, Carmelo Cardeñosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Favila Valerón was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Loren Huguet's late challenge caught a Rekonkomja NK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Loren Huguet helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Guadalajara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loren Huguet to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Iamín Ladra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ginés Armada made in the 58th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Candelario Erosa. 60 minutes into the match, Guadalajara's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Ziguenza came free, but Favila Valerón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Guadalajara's Favila Valerón got control of the ball when Candelario Erosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xandro Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Unzueta in the 70th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Peter Ziguenza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rekonkomja NK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guadalajara the free kick. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rekonkomja NK! Candelario Erosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Favila Valerón. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Candelario Erosa ran back to his position shaking his head. Guadalajara's Favila Valerón proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Guadalajara from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Candelario Erosa got free with Favila Valerón in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute, Rekonkomja NK's Peter Ziguenza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Rekonkomja NK played a much better game than Guadalajara and deserved their victory. The Guadalajara players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
