Spectators: 5805 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 30) C.D.Sabadell's Enol Moreira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Siro Idiaquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marques Antunez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Siro Idiaquez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 11th play minute Ciano Bastida came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marques Antunez. 1-0. Jerrold Duran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilio Barba in the 16th minute of the match. Enol Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jerrold Duran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siro Idiaquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marques Antunez having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaizkine Teruel during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jerrold Duran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enol Moreira in the 34th minute of play. Gaizkine Teruel hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Jerrold Duran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilio Barba in the 38th minute of the match. Ciano Bastida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marques Antunez having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ciano Bastida was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, C.D.Sabadell's Atilio Barba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jerrold Duran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Ciano Bastida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Siro Idiaquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Marques Antunez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donzel Bouzas, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 67th minute Enol Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerrold Duran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, C.D.Sabadell's goal looked a bit too open when Ciano Bastida came free, but Marques Antunez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Los pitufos del futbolín's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Atilio Barba fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 79th minute, Enol Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Atilio Barba came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the C.D.Sabadell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilio Barba couldn't finish the play. Jerrold Duran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enol Moreira's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
