Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gonzo Japón started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ginés Nafría's late challenge caught a Santa Margarita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ginés Nafría helped the player get up and apologised. After 7 played minutes Caldelas got a freekick which was hit by Ginés Nafría. Isauro Lopez de Toro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Balcells in the 10th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, Ulises Mayol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santa Margarita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulises Mayol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Caldelas's zone, Xabat Camara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isauro Lopez de Toro came out of the goal and Xabat Camara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emilio Balcells blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isauro Lopez de Toro having to make a save. Lolo Jauregui kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Ginés Nafría kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Emilio Balcells lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Isauro Lopez de Toro. Emilio Balcells received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Isauro Lopez de Toro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the match Demesio Encina sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isauro Lopez de Toro skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Caldelas's zone, Xabat Camara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isauro Lopez de Toro came out of the goal and Xabat Camara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Asdrubal Barro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Emilio Balcells got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Caldelas getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ginés Nafría hit a great ball. Ulises Mayol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ginés Nafría kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Caldelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ginés Nafría to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Balcells to make the kick off. If Emilio Balcells had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rdth minute of the game Emilio Balcells who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caldelas's Isauro Lopez de Toro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rodolfo Puyol took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isauro Lopez de Toro. Caldelas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Emilio Balcells blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isauro Lopez de Toro having to make a save. Bahiano Quintero hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Santa Margarita's Bahiano Quintero got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isauro Lopez de Toro came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Margarita's Xabat Camara. But to his dismay, Xabat Camara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Isauro Lopez de Toro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máximo Mora in the 71st minute of the match. With a little luck, Santa Margarita's Geleberto Doblas got control of the ball when Playo Diez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match Caldelas got a corner. Santa Margarita's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gomesano Ricoy ran over to the corner to take the kick. Emilio Balcells sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emilio Balcells's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isauro Lopez de Toro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. When Santa Margarita's Emilio Balcells in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caldelas's goalie prevented a goal. Emilio Balcells's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isauro Lopez de Toro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Santa Margarita players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
