Iker Dean hit a great ball. Carlos Zárate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Sulimenko in the 39th minute of the match. Eduard Sulimenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnas Redondo during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 minutes, Eduard Sulimenko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carolos and the REAL MADRID FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Carolos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Sulimenko to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Eduard Sulimenko put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Carlos Zárate. REAL MADRID FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Carolos had controlled the match.
