But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Llope Gonzalvez couldn't finish the play. After 14 minutes of play, La Mezquita AD's Llope Gonzalvez made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferrando De Silva was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xesc Flores recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Alexander Barrios managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guinardo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Barrios was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferman Flores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute, Normando Gabas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferrando De Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xesc Flores in the 39th minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xesc Flores to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Xesc Flores got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xesc Flores recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Guinardo's goal looked a bit too open when Xesc Flores came free, but Ferrando De Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 59 minutes, Xesc Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Mezquita AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xesc Flores was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guinardo's Ferrando De Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Llope Gonzalvez in the 66th minute of play. Ferrando De Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Normando Gabas, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xesc Flores in the 77th minute of play forced Guinardo's goalkeeper Ferrando De Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferrando De Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. La Mezquita AD had played much better football throughout.
