When Cecilio Diez fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Marino de Luanco's protests and gave Cecilio Diez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, Club Marino de Luanco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Diez to maneuver through the defense. Belo Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Varela in the 20th minute of play. Ermegildo Varela's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Belo Aballe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. The referee ignored Club Marino de Luanco's protests and gave Primitivo Segarra a yellow card for diving instead. Colas Jofre scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abundio Freire, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lalo Ortega charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lalo Ortega the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CRUYFFVILLE SPURS getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Lalo Ortega hit a great ball. Belo Aballe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Varela in the 43rd minute of the match. Abundio Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbasa Menendez in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Rexino Diez kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Ermegildo Varela struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Belo Aballe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Marino de Luanco. Primitivo Segarra hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Abundio Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Colas Jofre in the 65th minute of play. When Sebastiano Rapado fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Marino de Luanco's protests and gave Sebastiano Rapado a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of CRUYFFVILLE SPURS booed when Club Marino de Luanco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastiano Rapado didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, CRUYFFVILLE SPURS's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Varela came free, but Belo Aballe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Agustín Cardeñosa came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Club Marino de Luanco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Cardeñosa couldn't finish the play. If Colas Jofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. CRUYFFVILLE SPURS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
