Hernán Espinosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michel Nueva's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Pablo Viqueira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bahia Dorada FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osia AFC the free kick. Hernán Espinosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michel Nueva went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Nueva in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hernán Espinosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michel Nueva made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Michel Nueva recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hernán Espinosa. Michel Nueva showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Reimundo Castillo sped through Osia AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gandolfo Garrido. Osia AFC's Gandolfo Garrido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reimundo Castillo in the 61st minute of play. Gandolfo Garrido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Viqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reimundo Castillo in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gandolfo Garrido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Osia AFC's Marcos Moreno got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute of the match Jorge Esteban shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gandolfo Garrido showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Pablo Viqueira notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Osia AFC's Gandolfo Garrido. Gandolfo Garrido was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 91 played minutes Bahia Dorada FC got a freekick which was hit by Paquito Alvarez. Hernán Espinosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Nueva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osia AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
