After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Hondo Astudillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alaves FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hondo Astudillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Solana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute Landolfo Vacas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Solana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alaves FC's Landolfo Vacas got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marco Solana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hondo Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Landolfo Vacas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hondo Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anacleto Vazquez kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Hondo Astudillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Solana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hondo Astudillo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Móstoles F.C's Francesco Bouzon got a free kick in the 28th minute. Alaves FC were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Móstoles F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rubio Santander took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Rubio Santander got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Solana quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Marco Solana was a little too slow when Landolfo Vacas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-2. Hondo Astudillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hondo Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 68 minutes, Hondo Astudillo made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Móstoles F.C's Marco Solana tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Hondo Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hondo Astudillo came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Alaves FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hondo Astudillo couldn't finish the play. In the 85th match minute, Alaves FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubio Santander to maneuver through the defense. Francesco Bouzon hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. When Hondo Astudillo got free in front of the goal in the 88th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Marco Solana was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Marco Solana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Landolfo Vacas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rencio Riba scored 1-4 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aristides Marrero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alaves FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
