The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The Liceo de Canillas fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Liceo de Canillas's Cirilo Mendez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cirilo Mendez in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dei Leal saved Almuniente CD from getting behind. Dei Leal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Mendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
